Marketing and Communication Manager

Rylie is the Marketing and Communication Manager at SideBar Advisors, where she leads the development and execution of marketing strategies for the firm’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs tailored for attorneys nationwide. Her responsibilities include managing CLE communications, coordinating events, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.​

In her role, Rylie plays a pivotal part in shaping and maintaining SideBar Advisors’ brand identity, ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with the firm’s mission and support its growth objectives.​

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, leveraging her background in behavioral sciences and marketing to enhance client experiences and drive business development.​

Outside of work, Rylie enjoys immersing herself in nature, spending quality time with her daughter, reading, watercolor painting, photography, and creating music.
